Lawrence, Kansas Irish Parade Photos

Five pages of photos of the 2006 St Patrick's Day parade in Lawrence, Kansas have been posted on the official website. They seem to be a bit heavy on cars and motor vehicles, which is a tad ironic for a parade in the town people of the car-obsessed Kansas City leave regularly to go for a walk around.

Of the 150 photos or so, I like the wedding cake float - if it is a wedding cake - for its inventiveness and for not being green of course. And if it isn't a wedding cake, well then I like it even more.
