Ear plugs can be picked up for free at City Hall. I've also heard there is a wonderful Tornado Viewing Platform just outside the City Limits and on the weekends there are vendors and refreshments. If there's a Tornado Bulls-Eye that is anywhere near like an archery target then Enid is definitely in the 'yellow circle', if not the red part. As this Winter/Spring has shown/is showing... living in the MidWest is not for wimps. The real-estate folks really need to point that out. ROFL.
