Sam, Dublin is by far my first choice. Dublin is home.

But with a dog, together with the cost of accommodation there, that may be next to impossible, so I’m open-minded and will be looking anywhere in Ireland as well as Dublin.

Mostly I just want somewhere to paint where a dog can also live. That can be very remote if needs be. Ideally I’d like broadband too so I can sell online, but in the Ireland of 2008 that may be getting picky. And since painting comes first I haven’t ruled out moving to Britain should a perfect opportunity present itself.

I paint cities in my head. Every day. Thanks.

I like that Irish street painting there. When you go back to Ireland with Dog-Dog are you going to be living in Dublin then? I like your city paintings a lot.

I thought I was getting a glimpse of you in the bauble there (first picture) but you have some sort of rectangular device all up in your face and I can’t get a proper look. Also in the bauble, there appears to be a yeti coming in the back window.

Hark at me baubling on. Maybe you could get a portable wee Christmas bonsai in the meantime. Just you know, for cheer and twinkle and stuff. Cheer and twinkle’s cool.
