		<description>Eight dinners without potatoes?  What about the carrots and peas?  You can't have carrots and peas without some form of the spud!  What could possibly replace the auld sacred tater?  Don't tell me that stovetop stuffing crap is creeping into Ireland.  Once in Ireland I remember being server a dinner of wannabe pizza and even it came with chips.  What's up?</description>
