		<description>The website, though not finished, was launched early at my request so that at least some of the new site would be up in time for the Conference of Irish Festival Promoters that several representatives of the Kansas City Irish Fest attended in Pittsburgh this weekend. Problems or omissions on the site are a result of that early launch and my insisatnce on it, and will be corrected when the full site is live soon.</description>
