Hard to refute your words Primal, though I don't know if I'd single out BBQ over any other style of eating out in KC.

A 'month of Sundays' suggests you're overly familiar with the size of the servings in town, however the "all the Sundays forever" size servings of the "all-you-can-eat" buffets would have an even bigger guilt factor than BBQ places, not that I notice too many people feeling guilty. And of course there's nothing there left over to help you with the tarmac.

Ah yes. Yet another reason to love Ireland.

Kansas BBQ might taste great, but is outweighed by the guilt factor of eating enough at one sitting (standing!?) to feed the offspring of the overly fertile Mr. & Mrs. Connors (you know them) for a month of Sundays. Oh, and probably some KC Masterpiece sauce left over for Mr. Connors to mix in with his dodgy tarmac.
