The food might be great but the customer service is awful. My wife and I went to Dempsey's on March 12th, 2011 at a time when it was not even busy and yet we were never waited on. We waited for 20 minutes and three waitresses walked right past us without offering to take our order. I hope the owners of Dempsey's fire the awful waitresses who feel doing their job is beneath them. For a better burger experience in Lawrence go to the Burger Stand at the Casbah on Mass Street.
